Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 24,063,894

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 5,955,728 cases, followed by Brazil with 3,674,176 cases, India with 3,235,725 cases, Russia with 966,189 cases, South Africa with 613,017 cases, Peru with 607,382 cases, Mexico with 568,621 cases and Colombia with 562,128 cases.
A total of 16,613,225 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
