Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 23,586,641

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 5,874,146 cases, followed by Brazil with 3,605,783 cases, India with 3,106,348 cases, Russia with 956,749 cases, South Africa with 609,773 cases, Peru with 594,326 cases, Mexico with 560,164 cases and Colombia with 541,147 cases.
A total of 16,085,591 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
