Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 20,026,161
734,020 people have so far died from coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 5,199,444 cases, followed by Brazil with 3,035,582 cases, India with 2,215,074 cases, Russia with 887,536 cases, South Africa with 559,859 cases, Mexico with 480,278 cases, Peru with 478,024 cases and Colombia with 387,481 cases.
A total of 12,900,625 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
