Global death toll from coronavirus pandemic rises to 697,255
At least 18,449,772 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus related fatalities with 158,931 deaths, followed by Brazil with 94,702 deaths, Mexico with 48,012 deaths, the United Kingdom with 46,210 deaths, and India with 39,002 deaths.
11,681,205 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
