Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 18,034,065

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 4,764,588 cases, followed by Brazil with 2,708,876 cases, India with 1,754,117 cases, Russia with 850,870 cases, South Africa with 503,290 cases, Mexico with 434,193 cases, Peru with 422,183 cases and Chile with 357,658 cases.
A total of 11,339,136 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
