Global death toll from coronavirus rises to 656,677
At least 16,652,329 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus related fatalities with 150,444 deaths, followed by Brazil with 87,737 deaths, the United Kingdom with 45,759 deaths, Mexico with 44,022 deaths and Italy with 35,112 deaths.
10,242,490 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
