2 soldiers, 1 village guard wounded in PKK roadside bomb attack in eastern Turkey
2 soldiers, 1 village guard were injured when a roadside bomb planted by PKK members exploded in the Şemdinli district of Turkey eastern Hakkari province.
The bomb detonated while a military vehicle was passing through the Bozyamac area.
The injured were taken to hospital, according to local sources.
Turkish security forces have launched an operation in the area in order to arrest PKK members responsible for the arrack.
The ongoing conflict between Turkey and PKK has resulted in nearly forty thousand deaths since 1984 when PKK waged an insurgency against Turkish State. (ILKHA)
