Barzani is leading a high-level delegation from Kurdistan for a range of talks with top Iraqi officials.

The Kurdistan president is also expected to meet with Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboursi, and President Barham Salih.

During the meeting, they are expected to focus on budget issues as well as the payment of civil servants ' salaries and the implementation of Article 140.

Vice presidents Mustafa Seyed Qadir and Jafar Sheikh Mustafa accompany the president of the Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Barzani, on his visit. (ILKHA)
