Global death toll from coronavirus surpasses 450,000
A total of 8,418,601 people has so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus related fatalities with 119,941 deaths, followed by Brazil with 46,665 deaths, the United Kingdom with 42,153 deaths, Italy with 34,448 deaths
Russia with 545,458 cases, India with 354,161 cases, the United Kingdom with 42,153 deaths, Italy with 34,448 deaths, France with 29,575 deaths, Spain with 27,136 deaths and Mexico 19,080 deaths.
A total of 4,430,887 have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
