Sheikh Sabri urges Palestinians to participate in Fajr prayer campaign
In a press release, Sheikh Sabri urged, in particular, the Jerusalem residents to fulfil their duty as protectors of the Aqsa Mosque through intensifying their presence in its courtyards and buildings.
Sheikh Ekrima Sabri, head of the Higher Islamic Council in Occupied Jerusalem, has called on all Palestinians who could reach the Aqsa Mosque to necessarily participate in the Great Fajr prayer campaign as of next Friday to protect it against Judaization attempts and to protest the West Bank annexation plans.
He noted that the intensive presence of Muslim worshipers at the Mosque would fortify it and force the occupation state to retreat from its plots against it. (ILKHA)
