United Kingdom’s daily death toll from coronavirus drops to 77
77 people have died from coronavirus in the past 24 hours, rising the United Kingdom death toll from the virus to 40,542, the country’s Department of Health and Social Care announced on Sunday.

“As of 9am 7 June, there have been 5,581,073 tests, with 142,123 tests on 6 June. 286,194 people have tested positive. As of 5pm on 6 June, of those tested positive for coronavirus, across all settings, 40,542 have sadly died,” the Department tweeted.
Global death toll from coronavirus has reached 403,345, with at least 7,037,144 confirmed cases and 3,442,034 recoveries, according to Worldometer, a reference website that provides counters and real-time statistics for diverse topics. (ILKHA)
