Global death toll from coronavirus pandemic surpasses 388,060
At least 6,575,177 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 1,901,783 cases, followed by Brazil with 584,562 cases, Russia with 432,277 cases, Spain with 287,406 cases, the United Kingdom with 279,856 cases, Italy with 233,836 cases, India with 217,187 cases, Germany with 184,425 cases, Peru with 178,914, Turkey with 166,422 cases, Iran with 160,696 cases and France with 151,677 cases.
A total of 3,171,783 patients have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
