174 more people died from coronavirus in Russia, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 4,142.

While at least 2,300 patients are being treated in intensive unit cares, 150,993 patients suffering from coronavirus have fully recovered and been discharged from hospital in the country.

Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but now has become the country with the third-most cases in the world, after the United States and Brazil, having surpassed the United Kingdom and Spain.

The city of Moscow is currently the most affected federal subject, with 173,497 confirmed cases.

Global death toll from coronavirus have reached 357,807, with 5,807,149 cases and 2,510,388 recoveries. (ILKHA)
