Gross wages-salaries index including industry, construction, trade-services sectors increased by 16.3% in the first quarter of 2020 compared with the same quarter of the previous year. When sub-sectors are examined; industrial sector increased by 19.9%, construction sector increased by 2.9% and trade-services sector increased by 15.7%.

Hourly labor cost excluding earnings index including industry, construction, trade and services sectors increased 13.3% in the first quarter of 2020 compared with the same quarter of the previous year. When sub-sectors are examined; industrial sector increased by 11.5%, construction sector increased by 12.4% and trade-services sector increased by 14.0%.
