47 civilians killed in PKK’s car bomb attack in Afrin, Turkish Defense Ministry says
A PKK’s car bomb attack has killed at least 47 civilians and injured 40 others in Afrin province of northern Syria, announced Turkey’s Defense Ministry in a statement on Twitter.
“The PKK/YPG, an enemy of humanity, has again targeted innocent civilians in Afrin. The terrorists, who carried out a bomb-laden fuel tanker attack in a civilian-populated area in central Afrin, massacred at least 35 innocent civilians and wounded more than 30 civilians, according to initial estimates,” the statement said.
