594 additional coronavirus cases confirmed In South Korea
As of 09:00, 29 February, 2020, 594 additional cases are confirmed, compared to yesterday afternoon, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) said in statement on Saturday.
"We have asked you to refrain from taking part in public events, including a religious gathering or protest, this weekend," Vice Health Minister Kim Kang-lip said.
According to the KCDC, ninety percent of the new cases are from southeastern Daegu city, the epicenter of the outbreak in the country, and the neighboring province of North Gyeongsang.
