HAMAS offers condolences on the death of Qassem Soleimani
HAMAS movement has offered condolences on the death of head of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' (IRGC's) Quds Force Qassem Soleimani, who was killed following a US air raid at Baghdad's international airport.
Pointing out that Qassem Soleimani played a major and critical role in supporting Palestinian resistance at all levels, HAMAS said: "We mourn the death of Soleimani and the other Iranian commanders killed in the US-carried out air raid. Hamas also offers condolences for our brotherly Iraqi people on the killing of many Iraqis in the raid."
On this sad occasion, HAMAS condemns the US bullying that creates disputes and upheavals in the regions, just to serve the interests of the Israeli occupation.
"The US administration is held responsible for bloodshed in the Arab region because of its aggressive demeanor that fuels conflicts, turning a blind eye to peoples’ interests, stability, and freedoms," it added. (ILKHA)
