Operation Kiran-11 in southeast Turkey completed, Governor's office says
Operation KIRAN-11, which was staged against PKK members by the Diyarbakir Provincial Gendarmerie Command in the mountainous and rural area between the districts of Lice, Kulp and Silvan, was completed on Wednesday.

According to the provincial governor's office of Diyarbakır, Turkish security forces destroyed 19 caves and three winter bunkers used by PKK terrorists in southeast Turkey.
Weapons and ammunition as well as bomb-making materials including 200 kilograms of ammonium nitrate were seized during the operation.
In the operation, security forces also seized 23 tons of marijuana and about 40 million cannabis roots. (ILKHA)
