Consumer confidence index realizes as 58.8 in Turkey
Seasonally adjusted consumer confidence index decreased by 1.9% compared to the previous month, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) announced on Friday.
According to the TurkStat, the index became 58.8 in December while it was 59.9 in November.
The financial situation expectation of household index in the next 12 months period, which was 79.3 in November, decreased by 2.1% and became 77.7 in December.
The general economic situation expectation index (next 12 months period) which was 78.5 in November decreased by 2.5% and became 76.5 in December.
The number of people unemployed expectation index (next 12 months period) which was 58.8 in November decreased by 2.9% and became 57.1 in December.
The probability of saving index (next 12 months period) which was 23 in November increased by 3.5% and became 23.8 in December. (ILKHA)
