Iran will start injecting uranium gas into centrifuges at the Fordow enrichment facility on Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Tuesday in Iran's latest step away from its atomic deal with world powers since U.S. withdrawal from the deal over a year ago.
Under the agreement between Iran and major powers, Tahran agreed to turn Fordow into a center for the production of stable isotopes, which have a variety of civil uses in industry, agriculture and medicine. (ILKHA)
