US imposes new sanctions on Iranian construction sector
The U.S. expanded sanctions against Iran, targeting Iran’s construction sector and imposing a ban on the supply of a number of materials that can be used for nuclear and missile programs.

Iran's construction sector was blacklisted as it is controlled by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which was regarded by America as a terrorist organization, the U.S. State Department said in a statement.
