YPG/PKK leader Ferhat Abdi Şahin, is wanted by Interpol with a red notice, and the U.S. should hand him over to Ankara, Erdogan said on Oct. 24.

After Trump wrote in a tweet that he had really enjoyed talking to Mazloum Abdi, the codenamed of the head of YPG/PKK, Erdogan struck back at the U.S. for giving an audience to a wanted criminal in an allied state.

Underlining that some NATO countries armed the YPG/PKK terror group, Erdogan said: " Germany, France and the U.S. met the leaders of the terrorist organization."

"Seven members of the Turkish army were killed amid the clashes in northern Syria, and 95 were wounded, while 96 were killed from the Syrian National Army with 374 others wounded," he said and adding that 20 civilians were killed and 187 wounded during the operation. (ILKHA)
