District governorate said six people were killed and nine others injured in the armed fight broke out in Çökçetevek [Reşika] village where 3 families were involved.

The armed fight reportedly broke out at around 01.20 am on Wednesday night.

"The debate between the two families, who are relatives, started for a familial reason, turned into a gunfight," said district governorate.

The statement added that one person was killed at the scene while 5 others lost their lives in various hospitals they have taken and nine other people were injured.  

Following the announcement, it was noted that the Silvan Public Prosecutor's Office has conducted the necessary investigation into the armed fight. (ILKHA)
