The Hamas Movement has denounced the UN for not including the occupation regime in its list of shame, which contains countries committing violations against children.

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem stated that the UN excluded occupation regime from such list, although it admitted in a report that 2018 had seen the highest rate of occupation regime's abuses against Palestinian children.

Qasam warned that the UN's submission to pressures by occupation regime and the US would give the occupation forces the green light to commit more crimes against all Palestinians, especially the children.

The spokesman called on the UN to translate its reports and resolutions on occupation regime's violations and crimes into practical measures and take legal action at international courts in accordance with international law to curb its grave violations.

The United Nations has become the focus of criticism by not including the occupation regime on its "list of shame", which includes countries that have committed abuses targeting children.

The Hamas report stated that the occupying zionists killed 59 Palestinian children in 2018 and wounded 2756 children.

Hamas also noted this was the highest rate since 2014, which the United Nations contradicted itself by not taking the occupation regime on the list of shame. (ILKHA)
