Three students drown in river, one missing
Three students drowned on Saturday in a river in Malazgirt, district of Muş, an eastern province of Turkey, while one another reported being missing.
Students, who went to a picnic in Malazgirt, went swimming in Murat River.
Three of students who couldn't resist against the current of the river have drowned while another student is still missing feared dead.
Muş governor İlker Güdüzöz announced after the incident that 4 students were actually drowned but doctors in state hospital were able to rescue one, made his heart beating again.
The bodies of three of the children who went swimming in the Murat River were found. A boy who was pulled out of the water is being treated in hospital," the governor said.
He added that search and rescue effort continues for the missing students. (ILKHA)
