Edip Gümüş, the leader of Hizbullah in Turkey, issued a condolence message for Muhammad Morsi, who delivered his soul to Allah in the junta court.

Gümüş, in his message, stated that Muhammad Morsi has joined to the martyrs' caravan he was longing for and went to the presence of his Lord with a clear face, while recalled the 23rd ayah of al-Ahzab from the Holy Qur'an: "Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration."

Stating that there is nothing they can say about the family and friends on the death of Muhammad Morsi, Gümüş noted that Morsi, his family, and friends have faced immigration, torture, dungeon, and martyrdom for 80 years. "They know more than anyone that such events are a necessity of struggle."

"I hope that the struggle of Muhammad Morsi, especially in the last six years, will be a means to open the way for Muslims," Gümüş said, while further stressed that the stance of Morsi, refusing all offers made to him, has caused the faces of disbelievers, tyrants, and hypocrites to appear as clear as the sun.

"We expect Muslims to take a lesson from this, to recognize these [tyrants] and to react and behave accordingly throughout their lives," he advised. (ILKHA)
