In one of her speech to public at the wake of the attacks, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says the shootings at two mosques in Christchurch were "well planned" and could "only be described as a terrorist attack".

She told reporters that suspects arrested had "extremist views that have absolutely no place in New Zealand and, in fact, no place in the world". (ILKHA)
