The voting process is over for approximately 57 million registered voters in local elections in Turkiye.

The voting process has ended by 16.00 in 32 eastern provinces of Turkiye while voting for the rest of western province ended at 17.00.

Polls will never open before the end of voting, even if all voters on the ballot list have voted.

Ballot paper counting and casting will be made in metropolitan cities, respectively; the metropolitan mayor, mayor, city council and mukhtar, in other provinces, respectively; mayor, city council, provincial general assembly membership and mukhtar. (ILKHA)
