Oktar, who was taken into custody in Çenkelköy in Istanbul was accused of: "sexual harassment", "child abduction or detention", "blackmail", "deprivation of personal liberty", "political and military espionage", "exploitation of religious beliefs and feelings", "fraud ", " laundering the value of property originating from a crime ", " violating the privacy of private life", and "bribery ".

According to reports, in an operation carried out under investigation against Oktar and his group, M.A.Ü. was taken into custody, who had an arrest warrant and also a board member of a textile company.
