President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a joint press statement after the Turkiye-Russia High-Level Cooperation Council meeting.

Erdoğan and Putin, who are in the explanations of the S-400 missile systems, explained that the delivery will be taken at an earlier time. "S-400 is Turkiye's own decision entirely and Russia approached positively to our request. We've done our agreement on S-400 and we closed that subject, done that job," said President Erdoğan.

President Erdoğan spoke briefly, "We had the opportunity to observe all aspects of our relations in the negotiations between heads and delegations. We conducted negotiations in military, political, commercial and cultural fields. Despite some violations, we reached big aims in the direction of the ceasefire in Astana." (ILKHA)
