Releases of those who were allegedly used ByLock begin after the statement made by Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office said that ByLock was installed to 11,480 smartphones without the user will.

In Batman, 115 people who were detained on charges of using FETO encrypted communication program Bylock, released.

The families who received the release news gathered in front of Batman M Type Closed Prison and formed a crowd.

The victims who were released from Bylock talked to ILKHA reporter and expressed the injustices they had experienced.

"We were left alone with the conspire of FETO"

Mullah Şeyhmus Emlük, the victim of the unjustified arrest said he was in prison for 6 months.

Saying that they were left alone with the conspiring of FETO, Emlük cautioned that there are so many people like him.

Emlük said: "I said in my first statement that the prosecution; eventually you will try to make up for it with a sorry excuse but it will cost me my life and trade. An excuse will not make me feel better. But the prosecutor did not listen to me. I sent a letter to the President twice, I sent it to the Prime Minister and to the Ministry of Justice I applied many times."

"I did not even know what ByLock was"

Stressing that he prisoned innocently for 6 months, Emlük continued: "Allah Almighty take people away from these rainy days. I was prisoned for allegedly using ByLock. I did not even know what the ByLock was. Allah has revealed the truth. I was victimized for six months. I was having a new business. I am a victim of my work. My work has come to a halt. We have become unable to pay our debts. Our parents were miserable. Does human life in Turkiye is that cheap as authorities and prosecutors do not consider? Every prosecutor and judge must first enter the prison and then do this duty. Human life in Turkiye should not be that cheap. There are many victims like me. These grievances should be resolved as soon as possible. The state needs to stand on this."

"Pardon 'they left"

Faruk Alan, who was arrested and released on charges of using ByLock while he was an Imam in Ikiköprü, near Batman province, said, "I was taken from ByLock 6 months ago. I prisoned innocently. Then they released saying 'sorry'. This is an atrocity."

"For nine months we tried to prove that he is innocent"

While working as a private security officer at Batman University, Hasan Demir also arrested due to ByLock. His brother Ismail Demir, said that they are happy for the release of his brother.

Demir said, "First of all thanks to my Lord for giving us a day like this. My brother Hasan Demir has arrested 9 months ago for allegedly using the so-called ByLock and for 9 months, we tried to prove that he is innocent." (M. Fatih Akgül - ILKHA)
