In Batman Organized Industrial Zone 11 people were injured, including 7 workers and 4 firefighters after the explosion of the fuel tank of a factory.

According to the information, the explosion occurred at 15.30. The fuel tank jumped about 500 meters away from the explosion area.

Numerous ambulances and fire crews were dispatched to the scene. The fire was extinguished by fire crews. The wounded were taken to Batman Regional State Hospital by ambulances. Two seriously wounded people were rushed to Diyarbakır.  

The cause of the explosion has not yet been learned.
