Pisyar Bridge built on the Garzan Brook in Alıçlı [Norşen] village in Batman's Kozluk district which was one of the key transit routes pass the bridge of the ancient Silk Road, is now abandoned alone.

The bridge that connects the Upper and Lower Alıçlı villages is in ruins because of the great destruction by of both human and natural. The villagers in the eastern and western parts of the Garzan village built an iron bridge over the ruined historic bridge to get closer to each other. The wire bridge made for the passage of the villagers and their animals also is in danger.

Evliya Çelebi narrates Pisyar Bridge

The famous itinerant Evliya Çelebi calls these bridges as inn and declares that the passengers were resting.

Çelebi, "Inside these doors, on the right and left, there are inns, in line with the base of the bridge. The arrivals and departures are hosted. Under the belt of the bridge, there are many cells. They feature entertaining balconies with iron windows. Some of the guests chat with the people on the other side of the arch, others catch fish. To the right and left of this bridge there are also a number of windowed cells."
