The citizens of the Kültür, Aşağı Çarşı, and Simani Neighborhood expressed their discomfort due to the bad smell emitted from the animal pens in the settlements, despite authorities being aware of the stink, but they do not anything to resolve this problem.

Speaking to ILKHA, the local residents requested the authorities to remove the pens of the animal that was left in the settlement as soon as possible.

Mukhtar Ali Bozkurt expressed that Kültür Neighborhood is the largest neighborhood in the city, and that stink spread from animal pens disturbs residents of the neighborhood.
