Diyanet's reaction to the "people can go to hajj with ill-gotten gain" news
Diyanet has made an explanation on the news published on some web-sites and newspapers alleged that 'Diyanet: people can go to the hajj with ill-gotten gain'.
Diyanet reacted by denying the news titled saying, ‘Diyanet: People can go to the hajj [pilgrimage] with the undeserved profit’ in some newspapers and internet sites.
In the statement made by the Diyanet official twitter account, it is stated that it is necessary to make an announcement on the Sözcü newspaper and in some web-sites titled “Diyanet: People can go to hajj with ill-gotten gain”.
In the statement, “Let us express it all in all, that the High Council for Religious Affairs has never given or issued a fetwa, as people can go to hajj with haram money. The High Council of Religious Affairs said: The hajj that performed with Haram money although is seems formally fulfilled, will not be acceptable and will never reconcile with the goals of hajj.” (ILKHA)
