Güzide Polat, 56, who took her 11-years-old disabled girl Gülay Polat to the 4th floor of her apartment building on her back due to the fact that there is no elevator in Yeşilkent TOKI Residents, which was built in Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep with the help of Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation in 2010, requests help from the authorities.

Polat, mother of 4 children who lives in Yesilkent Neighborhood, takes her disability daughter Gülay to down and 4th floor on her back of her apartment where there is no lift each day, despite her waist and neck stool.

Polat said that it was difficult to carry her daughter because of her discomfort, and she said that her biggest dream was to live in a house with elevator.

Polat, who divorced from her husband 11 years ago and had to look after 4 children, looks at her daughter Gülay, who was born as disabled. Polat, who has a low financial status and is making a living with the wage of her handicapped girl, is doing both motherhood and fatherhood to her children.

"I gave birth Gülay with caesarean. I had three children before Gülay. There was nothing in them, and there was a pouch in her waist when she was born. The nerve to her feet had been damaged because she had accumulated in her nerves. My daughter cannot walk. When my daughter was two months, with the help of my relatives, I took her to an hospital in Istanbul. She had a six-hour operation in Istanbul. They took the part of her back.
