"If the EU breaks its promise, will bear the consequence"

Speaking to the public in the Presidential Complex President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan reacted to the OSCE's report on the result of the referendum and said, “If the EU breaks its promise, it will bear the consequence.”

Erdoğan said that the uncertainties that Turkiye has experienced have are left behind after the elections: “As I always said, it is the main thing for us what the national say. The constitutional amendment has been accepted with the preference of 25 million 200 thousand citizens.”

President Erdoğan continued as, “Our Government is going to carry out the preparations for new projects while continuing to invest quickly. We will have put the new system into practice with all the elements. There is a very important step that Turkiye has to take in security, democracy, economy and foreign policy. There is an organization called OSCE in Europe. They prepare reports according to themselves. They did same for the election of Turkiye. First of all know your place. The report prepared by you with political content will not been seen by us or hear by us or recognize by us.”

Erdoğan reacted to the report of the OSCE’s report, saying, “The European Union has to pass this decision and notify us that. They have kept us waiting in front of the EU gate for 54 years. Britain made Brexit. They leave from the EU where they were one of the founder. Norway left. The decision makers is nation. We will decide on what to do with the nation's decision.
