Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, who was in Bursa, met with representatives of local authorities and non-governmental organizations at the meeting held in Merinos Congress and Cultural Center.

Speaking on the program, Süleyman Soylu stated that Turkiye has passed through great turmoil and distress in near and middle time.

Saying that Fethullah Gülen would write a constitution if July 15th succeeded, Soylu said, “They have written two manuals for us. Remember the last part of the declaration on the evening of July 15. There was a constitutional promise in the last part of the declaration. They would write a third constitution.
