Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor noted under the roof indictment prepared against the 221 defendants of the Chief of General Staff related to the FETO/PYD coup attempt on July 15, that the police officers of have been carrying out transactions that facilitate the work of the PKK since 2014.

The indictment said that police officers were intentionally negligent in reaching Yasin Börü’s body, who was murdered by PKK in October 6-7, 2014, that incident was targeted to grow. In the indictment accepted by Ankara 17th High Criminal Court, the relation of FETO with the PKK was explained with concrete examples.

In the indictment, it was stated that FETO used "political leverage" and "bounce board" to infiltrate and seize in the strategic institutions of the state to obtain an indispensable position within the state in 2007 and after, they have used the war against the PKK.

It has recorded in the indictment that FETO wanted to infiltrate and seize Turkish Army under the cover of fighting against PKK that they took the organization under their order but gave of this strategy on December 17, 2013, and became the biggest advocates of supporter of PKK and its extension.

In the indictment stating that the FETO staff in the Emergency Department had carried out transactions that facilitated the work of the PKK in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions since 2014, the following statements regarding the issue were included:

“On a way of Hakkari police vehicle providing torpedo thrown explosion was intended to interfere with public events. Events in Cizre to end the solution process began, many days intervene was not carried out, increase of death was provided on the second half of January 2015, it has tried to provide benefits to by waiting organization. Police in Diyarbakir, on 6-7 October 2014, have intentionally negligent to reach scene and body of Yasin Börü who had beaten and thrown from the apartment, that they expected the growth of events.”

It is stated in the indictment that Murat Karayılan, one of the PKK's directors, pointed out that he has ordered to “stop actions towards soldiers because they going to coup but carry out actions against police and special forces” that the terrorist organization’s actions have raised towards police during the week immediately before July 15.

Immediately after the coup attempt was unsuccessful, the second instruction from Karayılan started the process of "application of the old order", and actions followed in Diyarbakir, Mardin, Van, Hakkari, Şırnak, Cizre and Yüksekova as well as the Black Sea Region, Elazığ and Antalya’s Kemer district.

Among the concrete examples of the demonstration are a PKK member who was released by a judge of a lawyer who killed a police officer in Silopi on April 1, 2016, a PKK fighter who was arrested while carrying a compass of a suicide bomb, that he sheltered in FETO’s "light house", in the testimony of an anonymous witness, there was a mention of the printing of Öcalan posters and PKK emblems before the general elections of June 7, 2015 at a workplace belonging to FETO in Tokat.

The 14th trial of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz, who were slaughtered by PKK on October 6-7, 2014, will be seen on 22 March. The decision is expected to announce in this trial.

According to the prosecutor's opinion about the 41 defendants, according to this, 23 of the defendants were asked to imprison six times aggravated prison sentence out of 41 defendants. (ILKHA)
