HUDA PAR Legal Affairs and Human Rights Presidency shared the report with the public which prepared after the study on persons and institutions victimized by FETO/PDY.

In the report coup attempt on July 15, 2016, also took part, emphasized that the coup attempt is planned and organized and said "It is forty years preparations behind an attempt that this planned, programmed and thousand numbered soldiers participated in, it revealed that how mischievous  network led by Fethullah Gülen can be dangerous."

"Many Islamic communities operating in Turkiye were targeted"

It is stated in the report that FETO has gone to a serious position in the judiciary, especially in critical bureaucratic areas, and that this staffing is used not as a justice but as a weapon in order to eliminate what they see as competitors. Following statements were said:

"Due to the strategy of obtaining an legitimacy in public with the appearance of an Islamic congregation, FETO wanted to remain in the field only by eliminating what they see as competitors, has put many religious personalities and Islamic communities operating in Turkiye at the target. As a matter of fact, many members of Islamic communities or religious personalities have been arrested with investigations and trials by FETO members police/judiciary plots, subjected to prison sentences and to the assassination of reputation. On the one hand, these individuals and communities on the other hand the Islamic lifestyle have been reduced in society eye."

"Personality and sections exposed to the persecution of this network should not be ignored”

It was mentioned in the operations for the purification of FETO from state institutions after the July 15 coup attempt, the restoration of damages caused by FETO in the state and community life and the elimination of the victimization should not be neglected.

In the report it is remarked that justice should be the essential in the state administration, "If only dismiss them from their positions and take possibilities from their hands, if ignore persons and sects who have been subjected to the persecution of this network in a way; means approval of the committed wrongdoers.
