It was reported that 38 of the 39 people who died in the night of armed attack in a nightclub in Ortaköy were identified.

In the Presidency of the Forensic Medicine Institute of the Ministry of Justice, the identity of 38 out of 39 persons who died in the armed attack against a nightclub in Istanbul Ortaköy was determined.

According to the received information, ID detection work has been completed except for one in 39 people who died in the attack.

The funeral of 13 persons whose identities were determined were delivered to their families after the completion of the autopsy and identification procedures in the Forensic Medicine Institution which one of them was from Iraq, 11 of them were Turkish and one of them was from Belgium.

It is learned that the other 25 people whose identity is determined are foreign nationals, and the funeral will be delivered after the families come to Turkiye tomorrow.

It is reported that the ID of a person who died in the attack continue to be determined. (ILKHA)
