Hasan Bozdaş pointed out that the case of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz which killer suspects are on trial for more than a year, has not developed to satisfy the victim's relatives so far.

The 10th trial that murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz are on trial, who were massacred by PKK / HDP supporters on the streets with the call of HDP Co-Chairman Selahattin Demirtaş on October 6-8 2014 has ended.

The next trial of the case in the Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court which 41 suspected 19 detainees defendant are on trial has been adjourned to January 25, 2017.

Hasan Bozdaş, one of the lawyers who had been explaining opinion of the court to the members of the press after the adjourned hearing, that the 11th trial of the case against the murder of Yasin Börü and his colleagues was seen in Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court.

Even though a year has passed since the case, both the inquiry and the prosecution still hasn’t satisfied families and victims.

Bozdaş reminded that the defendants were not brought to the courtroom due to personnel shortage in the present day's dossier, and said that some DNA analyzes haven’t reached the court yet.

Bozdaş said that despite the court's written warrant, the interim decisions haven’t been fulfilled, and added, "Unfortunately there should be a dictum on this hearing but we didn’t get any dictum and the trial has been adjourned to January 25. We expect these missing issues to be resolved by January 25. In the period after 25 January, we expect Public Prosecutor to examine the file and give a comment on the file."

Over a year passed on the judging; however, a satisfactory result has not yet been achieved said Bozdaş and added, "Because the stage of investigation was full of abuses with very serious omissions. We have seen how FETO members blackout the case, how they pushed some instigators to aside. Today there is a prosecuting over this flawed investigation. Both we and the court are not very satisfied at this stage." (ILKHA)
