HUDA PAR said that it was important to have a ceasefire between the parties in Syria and declared that there was no military solution of the conflicts. It was stated that the fact that Russia was one of the guarantor countries was enough to be shame for the regional countries.

In the evaluation of the agenda published by the HUDA PAR headquarters, significant statements were made regarding the Moscow declaration signed between Turkiye, Iran and Russia, life struggle of the refugees, the decision of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) regarding the Zionist regime and the constitutional amendment.

Pointed out that it is important to come to the point they have said for years in Syria issue, the following statements were given:

"We have been expressing for the last five years that the most important job that has to be done is to try to stop the flow of blood, to pour water into the burning fire for years and urgently to cease when the blood flows through the geography of Islam and especially when Syria is turned into a fire. To reach the point we have been saying for years, it didn’t need a million people to die, millions of people to leave the country and Syria shouldn’t have to become a wreck. However, In Syria, a ceasefire has been reached between the parties, and it is important to seek political solution if it is declared that there is no military solution of the conflict.

"Two countries that are in the leadership race to the Islamic Ummah have agreed on the" Secular Syrian Arab Republic"

In the declaration signed in Moscow, it was noted that one of the guarantor countries as Russia is shame enough for regional countries, and the two countries that are in the leadership race to the Islamic Ummah agreed on the "Secular Syrian Arab Republic”. Following statements were used:

"They are Positive developments that the establishment of an inclusive government that is not based on denomination with based on the vote of December 18, 2015 and the UN Security Council resolution numbered 2254 within six months, and within eighteen months the election will be held under the control of the UN. Failure to cover all parties to the ceasefire weakens the possibility of long lasting, raising the risk of violation. Since the beginning of the Syrian civil war, as HUDA PAR, we have been in the call to the countries of the region to come together to solve this problem which is the domestic issue of the Ummah. In the meantime, the declaration signed in Moscow is enough to be shame for regional countries that one of the guarantor countries is Russia. The two countries that are in the leadership race to the Islamic Ummah have agreed on the "Secular Syrian Arab Republic". This agreement will not change the fact that there is a cruel dictatorship in Syria. The civil war in Syria has clearly shown that a monistic, denial-based, secularist nation-state understanding that ignores the sociology of the country will not makes peaceful life both politically and socially feasible.

The proposal for the establishment of a ceasefire in line with the UNSC Resolution numbered 2254 and to making this ceasefire permanent, the broad-based transition government and the election under UN supervision within 18 months is an important step in the solution of the present conditions. The permanent and ultimate solution is to apply Islam, which means peace and justice, in all the Islamic lands."

The only way to end the tragedy is to resolve the conflicts through dialogue

Noting that more and more refugees lost their lives on the migration routes each year, and the fact that oppressed set at odds by the incitements of West to become aware of the games played, and that solving the conflicts among themselves through dialogue was the only way out of the tragedy.

"Every year more and more refugees are losing their lives on migration routes. The UN High Commissioner for Refugees announced the number of asylum seekers in 2016 that have drowned in the Mediterranean as 5 thousands. Although it is expressed by the European Union that ships commissioned for security reasons are trying to combat traffickers and to rescue asylum seekers, it is no secret anymore that some of the tramp boats, most of which are packed like sardines, are deliberately submerged by these vessels. The West, which consumes human values by marketing it to the world as a commodity, exposes the wild face in all its openness by burying poor people who are forced to flee from the countries that they have stirred to sell more weapons, dragged into civil wars and exploited and deprived. Due to civil war in their countries, including confusion and hunger, are also being escaped from offshore attacks and reaching Europe in a way, and those seeking asylum are subjected to life and are degrading treatment in very bad conditions. In the face of all these facts, the oppressed which set at odds by the West's incitement must realize the games played and resolve their conflicts among themselves and through dialogue is the only way out of this tragedy."

Islamic countries must act together to give up the terror network as a state

The UNSC's decision on the activities of building new settlements on occupied Palestinian lands, and the Zionist terror regime's acceptance of it, following evaluations were made:

It is an important development by the UN Security Council that the Zionist terrorist regime has taken the decision to stop 'immediate and complete' activities to build new settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories. However, it is more important that the UN imposes sanctions on the terrorist regime, which does not recognize this decision and will not apply in any way. The fact that the terrorist regime that hasn’t complied with the decisions taken against it, and hasn’t faced any sanctions so far, will cause the UN to be questioned further and its decisions not to be taken seriously. What needs to be done is to end the UN membership of the Zionist terror network, which threatens not only regional peace, but world peace. With its current structure, it is clear that the UN will not be able to reveal a will to do this or even sanction it. Therefore, Islamic countries should act together, cut off all relations and give up on the terror network as a state.

"People's request and expectation is a totally local and new constitution that is culturally and harmoniously compatible with their values"

Critics of the opposition's attitude about the constitutional amendment and the people's expectations about the new constitution were noted in the assessment:

"With the election of the President directly by people, it is desired to make some changes in the Constitution in order to constitute the legal infrastructure of the actual situation in the administration of the country. The purpose of the proposal offered to the parliament is to create an executive power with a single, wide range of action. The transformation of this constitutional amendment, which consists of a change of the government system, turned into a regime debate by some opposition parties is a purposeful misconduct by power concern. There is no one who advocates the reign of the ruling authority through the inheritance of the father to the son, and demands that it be brought back. However, those who claim that they are spiritual children of the first administrators of the Republic and natural inheritors are alleged to have the right to govern the country, and these claims are put forward in the name of Republicanism.

If the existing proposal is justified, the constitution; which has been built on the Kemalist and unilateral understanding, will not go far from the reflection of fascist spirit that is the protection of the state against people (!) and against the belief values of the people. In this state, the structure of the legislature and the executive, and the relationship between the two, is the aim of reorganizing. This proposal is presented by supporters as a collective model of solution and every case as long as it does not touch the problem-generating aspects of the system which conflicts with the values of belief, culture and civilization of the people. The demands and expectations of the people are a totally indigenous and new constitution, faithfully, culturally, equitably, peaceful and harmonious. What is necessary is to make a constitution to meet the expectation of the people and the needs of the country. Making such a constitution, is a debt of our people that always postponed and tried to be forgotten and haven’t been paid by opposition and power politics.” (ILKHA)
