IHO-EBRAR provided aid to the Arakanese, who were subjected to the persecution and massacres of the Myanmar army and Buddhists, therefore forced to leave their lands they lived and took refuge in neighboring countries.

Arakanese Muslims who are subjected to massive massacres resulting from bloody attacks of Myanmar army and murderer Buddhists, have to leave their homes and their land, are trying to stay alive with great difficulties in the countries they shelter. Arakanese Muslims who have to migrate are unable to find shelter, food and drinking water.

IHO-EBRAR, which initiated the aid campaign with the slogan "The Arakan Crying Blood" delivered the collected basic food aid items to the Arakanese.

Head of IHO-EBRAR Dr. Abdurrahman Alpsoy said, "There is a great massacre in Arakan as it is all around the world. The tyranny and massacres that Arakanese experiencing are in line. They are fighting for survival in the camps where they fled to neighboring countries. The houses they leave behind are burned and destroyed. The world is only watch this persecution."

"We will drill dozens of wells for the Arakanese"

Alpsoy said that their help would last, "First aid collected as a basic food item are delivered. But our help will last. For the Arakanese, we have a project to drill water wells to meet clean drinking water. In the coming days we will start to drill dozens of water wells. Allah bless our people, they have not refrain to support. Our aim is always to be with the oppressed. Because greatest support to oppressed, shows that they are not lack of supporter." (ILKHA)
