Translations of the Qur'an Exam organized by Qur’an Generation Platform on 46 provinces throughout Turkiye under the name “Translations of the Qur'an Exam to Qur’an Generation” took place with the participation of tens of thousands of people last Sunday. Participants who share their feelings that the Qur'an is the greatest element that can unite all humanity.

Participants entering the Translations of the Qur'an Exam stated that while they would like to thank the Qur'an Generation Platform, these Qur'an examinations should continue in terms of further reading and understanding.

Mahmut Atmaca who entered to exam in Şanlıurfa, stated that the problems experienced by the Islamic Ummah at the moment, because of being away from the messages of the Qur'an, and said, "This test was really important. Because at this moment, our the only problem is to get away from the Qur'an. I congratulate the Qur'an Generation Platform. Indeed it is a great service to Islam. They bring people together with the Qur'an. Allah be pleased with them. We need to consider these exams more and we need to disseminate them in society."

"The Qur'an has been sent down by Allah for spreading in the society, not for the dead"

The 30th Ayah of Surah Al-Furqan "O my Lord! My people abandoned this Qur'an altogether." reminding the Ayah, Atmaca said, "This is the greatest danger that is waiting for us anyway. Indeed, the Qur'an is the greatest element that unifies all humanity. For in one Ayah Allah say, ‘and hold fast, all together, by the Rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves’; the rope of Allah is the Qur'an. Because of that, we should give much importance to such examinations so that we can center the Qur'an on our lives. This Qur'an has been revealed by Allah. It is not for death, it is for spreading in the society. It is the greatest guide that guides society's life. Therefore, Allah may be please with Qur'an Generation Platform."

Osman Akdeniz, an educator who says that the Qur'an is not came only to read the Quran from the start to finish, and added "I think this test is an important step to understand the Qur'an and convey the Qur'an that we are aware of. The Qur'an has not been understood in the last centuries. They read it unintentionally, that is, they only made it a goal to read from the start to the end. It was removed from its original purpose. But this translation test will be a step I hope. In the back of the book, they wrote something like this. The exam is not really a prize or a gift. In other words, revelation was seen as a step to convey our life. I hope these examinations will continue and people will understand the revelation and shape their life according to the Ayah."

Abdulvahap Öncelik, saying that this test is useful for the awareness of young people and having an understanding of Islam, "This test is very important for us and young people. This test is useful for the awareness of young people for having an Islamic understanding. We want to have these kind of exams continuously. There is an unexpected excitement in the exam. But the exam was not so difficult. We are looking forward to an increase in Islamic consciousness."

"We know that the steps we take for Allah will not be wasted"

Ömer Aslan stated that he was refreshing the information in his memory thanks to the exam. "Allah be pleased with all of our brothers and sisters who have gone through labor with such exams. When we read the Qur'an, it means that we have won this test. We know that every step we take when we come to this test by moving from the house will not go to waste. We hope that it will appeal to wider masses and people will not stay away from the Qur'an."

Mustafa Tosun said that despite the reading of the Qur'an Translation for many years, more attention was paid to the ayahs thanks to these tests. "There were difficult questions during the exam, easy questions. I think this test is very useful. We have been studying the Qur'an for many years, but perhaps we can notice the ayahs that we did not pay attention before.

"Young people need to read the Quran a lot"

Habeş Karadal named elder uncle who entered to the exam in Şanlıurfa's Hilvan, "Thank Allah I entered the test. It was very good. I hope to go omra. The person who uses the mind understands the Qur'an well. Young people need to read the Qur'an very much. The more they read, the more they will earn."

Adem Acar, a senior high school student in Bingöl, said: "First of all, I would like to thank the Quran Generation Platform, which prepared this test. The exam was good. The activities and works to improve such a degraded society are indeed very good and satisfying. I hope that such exams will be followed. The society needs more awareness."

Ömer Çakmak from Diyarbakir said that the Qur'an Translation Exam is a beautiful and useful work and that these and similar exams should be continued.

İsa Zeybek, who entered exam in Ergani district of Diyarbakır, said: "We have been waiting for many years, a test we expected. We've been in and out of a lot of exams before. Today we saw topics what we all need. We understood how far we are from the Qur'an. Every day we were reading the Qur'an. We have tested ourselves and our knowledge."

Hıdır Yalvaç, said, "I brought the child for the exam. I hope they succeed. Of course, the most important thing is to learn something from the Qur'an. That's what's really important."

Süleyman Akyüz, stated that they should embrace the whole Qur'an and say "Allah may help you all. Allah help all Muslims around the world. We have everything in the Qur'an. We have to embrace the Qur'an as the Ummah."

Süleyman Korkut, who participated in the test in Nusaybin, said that the test was useful and that it should be done again, while Yunus Yusma said that the examination was a little difficult, "People need such exams. We cannot be ignorant of the Qur'an. We should read it and understand it. There are a lot of things to learn from these exams. I thank the Qur'an Generation Platform."

Necmeddin Akyüz said that the questions are very carefully selected quality questions, "Thanks to these exams our people read their book and understand their religion better. Reading is necessary in this sense. They encourages them to read at such exams."

Housewife Necla Korkut said, "It is important for us to read the Qur'an and understand better. Allah bless those who do this service. We attended exam as whole family. Of course if have hope to we get a good result and to go omra." (ILKHA)
