HUDA PAR Headquarters, published evaluations on the agenda with a written statement. The presidential system and constitutional amendments, victimizations in Sirnak and Nusaybin, sick prisoners and US elections were evaluated and important determinations were made about internal and external agenda.

Presidency system and constitutional amendment

Presidential system and constitutional amendment which referring to passing this system is on agenda of the country for a long time mentioned in the statements, and it is stated that the main reason for the fact that the country is under siege of imperialists forces outside and terror in inside is because of unilateral, denialist, national-state which is western-oriented paradigm.

In the following of statement they said, "The tutelage regime, built on an ethnic basis and anti-Islamism, is a project established on the Western axis against 'civilization values'. The tutelage regime; was constantly supported by the West, despite of confined beliefs to conscience during its stay on the axis of the West, it has denied ethnic identities, contradicts the values, and in this sense it is committed crimes against humanity.

It is said in the statement that AK Party Government is in an effort to overcome the problems in the country, and prepare a new constitutional amendment is an important step has been taken. Following assessment was made:

"What is more important, however, is what the new Constitution will bring. The honorable resistance of the nation, which defeated the collusion-imperialist coup attempt on July 15, presented a historical opportunity to the politics of the country. It should not be forgotten that the main color of the resistance values are precious Islam and country defense. This resistance, which is a milestone in the political history of the country, to make a Constitution according to the demands of people that is suitable for its history, culture and belief, is the honor of the politics against the nationality. None of the issues that are based on a disjointed paradigm, discrimination should be included in the new constitution. The irreplaceable principle of politics should be 'Justice', not monism."

Victimizations took place in Şırnak and Nusaybin

It has been noted that curfew in Sirnak continuing for about 9 months and the destruction of Mardin Nusaybin are reminded that the terror of the ditch and barricades which were prepared during the resolution process where the law enforcement officers were only required to watch was experienced as never before.

In the statement they have remarked that the Government, which should take precautionary measures to prevent the destruction and the catastrophic dimensions from reaching to this level, did not make its duty. It was noted that the long-term curfew, which was put into practice after the events reached this point, further deepened the pain.

HUDA PAR continues to explain, "In this context, the curfew which is almost nine months in Sirnak and not constructing buildings instead of destroyed ones in time caused very serious victimization. In Nusaybin, where similar views are experienced, demolition is still continuing in the streets, which are declared as illegal to go out and surrounded by wire frames. Despite promises by Government officials that victims are likely to be settled early, the failure to do so until the winter's doorstep has seriously disturbed the local people. Along with being a positive development, the fact that the curfew is going to be lifted in Sirnak is only during daylight hours, the victimizations are on peak level after the conflict and destruction, and essentially nothing called the street is left."

The statement, a call was also made to the Government to take immediate steps urgently towards accommodation and to relief victimization as soon as possible.

Patient prisoners

In the statement, they also mentioned about Hüseyin Akbalık who has been held in prison for 22 years and has not been treated at the time of the cancer disease that has been captured and lost his life, also referred to the issue of "Patient Convictions", it has been argued that biased, ideological and even illegitimate structures are used as weapons by judiciary, the persecution composed to people still continuing.

In the statement it is said that Hüseyin Akbalık who was exposed ideological jurisdiction persecution which it has cost him his life, and added, "This deplorable event has made it possible once again for the situation of many prisoners and detainees who has severe illness to be come on agenda." Also called to the Government to take necessary steps to resolve this issue.

US presidential election

HUDA PAR's agenda evaluation emphasized that the presidential elections took place in the USA have become a concern for the whole world because of the contemporary colonial logic that governs the global policies of the country which are focused on its interests.

They have said in the statement that the explanation of exploited people who are exploiting by global imperial system, focuses on the US president election, not on the exploitation system, is a painful state, and added that, "The system of primitive understanding of the belief that others should die for their own lives, the result will not change, no matter who comes from a wild capitalist system. While the number of starved people in Africa has doubled in the past year, while the enmity of Islam in Europe is fueled rapidly and there are frightening increases in attacks on Muslims, the most immediate and sustained agendas of Muslims, who are being reduced to ethnic and sectarian concerns, should be to extinguish and unite. In this way, also they will be saved and will become hopes for oppressed people Muslims, is dealing with the US election is overpowering. (ILKHA)
