The trial of murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were slaughtered by HDP/PKK while they were distributing sacrificed animal’s meat on 6-7 October 2014 is continuing in Ankara 2nd High Criminal Court. HUDA PAR Secretary General Mehmet Yavuz who is following the case, stated that the account of the abominable incident hasn’t been seen in real terms, drew attentions to HDP’s instigators.

HUDA PAR Secretary General Yavuz underlined that the 6-7 October events was a process taking to the 15 July U.S. backed coup attempt, remarked that those called people to streets and police officers who didn’t do their duty need to be involved to the case.

Yavuz pointed out that the court has not been functioning according to the height of crime, “Essentially it is useful to draw attention to the following issues for better understanding. Started with ‘Gezi events’ and continued with 6-8 October, ditch and barricade theatres are all process actually was the preparation to going to 15 July coup. If we don’t look at the issue like this, if we look at it as spontaneously then it will be difficult to reach truths. On this occasion, the serious account which has performing against the coup after 15 July need to be performed on this issue too. From this standpoint, especially those instigators who called people to streets which caused of grudge and hate among people that will last for years, should be involved to the raffishness court. If the investigation continue like this without extension of inquiry, then courts will be consists of theatre.”

“Actually we think that the political power has not done its part. Prime Minister had a fixing before that ‘the account of 6-8 October events hasn’t seen yet’. Yes the Prime Minister said it right. We also agree with his fixation. The account of 6-8 October events hasn’t seen yet, even in the continuing of court it hasn’t seen and not wanted to be seen. Then we ask the political power why this account hasn’t seen yet, why it is remaining? As it is our right we have to ask this. On this occasion, we don’t believe that the justice will occur if the trial of 6-8 October events and wildness has not continued in a serious manner that we think it was a preparation level for the coup. The society has jailed this in their conscience, it is our basic call that the justice and political power to carry out this.”

Yavuz remarked that the trial shouldn’t be continued only with a few gunmen, “It is not an issue that can be explained with a few gunmen and gangs. Those instigators who were on duty that could stop crowds in streets, and we think police department didn’t do its duty. Those instigators and some conscious hand who hided evidences to not be enough prevented this.
