Yasin Börü's case was adjourned to 7 November
The court board has adjourned the trial till November 7 2016 where murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz are on trial.
The 8th hearing of Yasin Börü, Husain Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were slaughtered with monstrously feelings by PKK with the excuse of Kobane protests on 6-7 October in Diyarbakir, has been held at Ankara 2nd High Criminal Court in which 41 defendants are on trial and 19 of whom detained. The court board has adjourned the case till 24 September.
Required documents from the previous trial have come to the court board. It is observed that many defendants have attended to the court upon the chief judge’s order for defendants to attend the court in the previous trial.
Testimonies of detainees Abdulvahap Turan, Ahmet Ay, Rıdvan Baş, Hasan Aldemir, and Cihan Yıldız have been taken by the audio-video image informatics system (SESBİS) from penal institution where they are detained in.
Some of detainees who requested his testimony to be taken through a translator because of not knowing Turkish language, has given their testimony in Turkish, and some of them haven’t given their testimony because of not having a translator.
The court board, after the defenses of complainants and defendants attorneys, has ordered the continuation of detention and adjourned the next trial till 7 November 2016.
