“The draft of law on approval of procedural arrangement related to compensation that found appropriate” between Turkey and Israel has been accepted by the Parliament.

According to this, Israel will pay 20 million dollars to slaughterer’s families of because of the Mavi Marmara attack. Israel have to pay in a single sum in 25 business days after the agreement get in process.

The distribution of amount will be limited under authority of Turkey and there won’t be any responsibility for Israel on this issue.

Cases against Israel will be dropped

The agreement includes the provision of Israeli soldiers to be exonerating from the opened cases or cases that will be opened.

Turkey and Israel has agreed on whom acts against other side or on behalf of other side will not be undertaken any judicial or any other responsibility and with this understanding, they acknowledged responsibility of criminal or judicial on the acts of any side or who acts on behalf of any side.

This agreement in any case, will exempt Israel, whom act on behalf of Israel and citizen of Israel from responsibility of any directly or indirectly, judicial or criminal demand that from the side of Republic of Turkey or any individual or legal Turkish side about Mavi Marmara attack. (İLKHA)
