Yasin Börü's case was postponed to 24 September
The case of Yasin Börü and accompanying friends who have been slaughtered by PKK's, was postponed on 26 September 2016.
The 7th hearing of Yasin Börü, Husain Dakak, Riyad Gunes and Hasan Gokgoz who have been slaughtered with monstrously feelings by PKK with the excuse of Kobani on 6-7 October in Diyarbakir, has been held at Ankara 2nd High Criminal Court which 41 defendants are on trial and 19 of them have detained. The court has postponed the case to 24 September.
Just because of security reasons transferred to Ankara, the case has been held as closed procedure in Ankara Courthouse at 10:00 o’clock. Relatives of victims and a large number of lawyers as well as political party officials and NGO representatives have attended to hearing.
The testimony of Sedat Coban has been taken from the penal institution with the audio-video image informatics system (SESBİS) in the hearing started at 10:00 o’clock.
None of the detained defendant have attend to the hearing
Even none of the detained defendant came to court; they also didn’t want to testify through the audio-video image informatics system. The testimony of anonymous witness about Ferdi Gul who already has have decision about to be arrest, has been read, also 4 defendant who pending trial have come to court and gave their testimonies.
The mother of Martyr Hasan Gokgoz has deteriorated
The mother of Hasan Gokgoz who bloodthirstily slaughtered in the events, Mehtap Gokgoz couldn’t stand and has deteriorated while the statement of defense attorneys was taking. 112 medical team examined the mother Gokgoz after she got out with the help of victims’ relatives.
After half-hour break, the court decided on continuation of detention for those 19s who are already under custody, and postponed the hearing on Monday, 26 September. (İLKHA)
